Our 2nd building is now complete. This new building also has the fitness room and a 2nd common room which can be used by all residents of both buildings. The large common room in building 1 is also available to reserve for large family events. The exclusive green space with gazebo and patio to the south of the property was completed in the summer of 2023. This is a 50 Plus community apartment. Pet friendly suites are only on the main floor with most of those suites having stairs off the balcony to grade level.
